How the program works

The system checks your account history in a rolling 90-day window and counts only paid orders. Based on that amount, your account is assigned to one of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. Each tier has a clear threshold and a clear discount. When your paid volume crosses a threshold, your tier upgrades automatically and the new discount appears in checkout on eligible orders. If activity drops and older orders leave the 90-day window, the tier can move down automatically.

Order flow and discount logic

First, you place and pay for orders as usual. After payment is confirmed, order totals are added to your rolling 90-day spend. Next, the system recalculates your tier and shows how much spend is left to reach the next level. During your next checkout, the active tier discount is applied automatically to eligible cart value. In your dashboard you can track current tier, active discount, rolling spend, and progress to the next threshold.

Example: if your rolling total is €6,300, you are in Gold and receive 7.5% discount. If you increase to €10,000+, your account moves to Platinum and discount becomes 10%. If older paid orders leave the 90-day window and your total drops below the threshold, the level updates accordingly. The program rewards recent activity, so your pricing reflects current buying volume.
