Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all marketplace usage, purchases, and related services on Backlinks.expert.

Overview

Backlinks.expert is a marketplace for backlink services, including guest posts and link insertions. By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are designed to define rights and obligations clearly, limit legal uncertainty, and protect the business and users.

1. Service operator details

Backlinks.expert is the service provider and marketplace operator for all services offered on this platform.

For legal, billing, and contractual matters, contact [email protected].

2. Definitions

"Platform" means the Backlinks.expert website, account area, checkout, and related services. "Client" means any user purchasing services through the platform. "Order" means a paid request for services. "Publisher" means a third-party website owner or editor where placement may be published.

"Guest Post" means content published with links. "Link Insertion" means adding a link to existing content. "Content Add-on" means optional writing or editing support. "Business Day" means a working day in Poland, excluding public holidays.

3. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate account and billing details. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.

The platform is intended primarily for professional and business use. If mandatory consumer law applies in your country, mandatory protections remain unaffected, but only to the minimum extent required by law.

4. Account access and security

You must keep login credentials confidential, use secure devices, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect fraud risk, account abuse, suspicious payment behavior, or policy violations.

5. Marketplace role and third-party publishing

Backlinks.expert operates as a marketplace and order management service. We are not the owner or operator of third-party publisher websites unless explicitly stated.

Publication decisions can depend on third-party editorial policies, legal restrictions, and technical constraints outside our direct control.

6. Listings, metrics, and availability

Listings, prices, metrics, and availability may change at any time. Metrics are informational and can be sourced from third-party tools. We do not guarantee that third-party metrics are complete, accurate, or unchanged.

We reserve the right to update, hide, reject, or remove listings without prior notice when needed for quality, legal, security, or operational reasons.

7. Order placement and workflow

Orders are placed through checkout and become active after successful payment confirmation. Order handling includes status stages such as Pending Payment, Action Required, In Progress, Completed, or Canceled.

You must provide complete and lawful requirements, including target URL, anchor text, and any requested project details. Delays caused by missing or invalid input are your responsibility.

8. Client obligations and legal compliance

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of all submitted content, claims, links, and instructions. You confirm that your materials do not infringe intellectual property, privacy rights, advertising rules, sanctions restrictions, or other applicable laws.

We may reject or cancel any order that appears unlawful, deceptive, harmful, unsafe, or in conflict with publisher or legal requirements.

9. Content add-on services

Where available, content writing or related support is optional and charged separately. Scope, revisions, and delivery timing depend on the specific order and publisher requirements.

Drafts, clarifications, and content communication may be provided through email or account communication channels.

10. Pricing, currency, taxes, and invoices

Pricing shown at checkout is the binding purchase price for that transaction. Platform checkout is processed in EUR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Taxes, VAT handling, and invoice details depend on your billing data and applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate tax and company information.

11. Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party processors, including Stripe. By paying, you authorize transaction processing, tax calculation logic used by the payment system, and invoicing workflows configured for the order.

We are not responsible for your card issuer decisions, bank fees, exchange fees, payment account limits, or processor-side outages.

12. No-refund policy

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or payment reversals for orders placed and paid through the platform, including guest posts, link insertions, and content add-ons.

This no-refund rule is a core commercial condition of our marketplace pricing model and applies to canceled, in-progress, completed, and partially delivered work, except where a refund is required by mandatory law.

Any goodwill credit, replacement, or exception, if offered, is voluntary, case-specific, and does not create a precedent or waive this clause for future orders.

13. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute is a material breach of these terms. During a dispute, we may suspend account access, pause active orders, and retain delivery evidence and logs for defense.

If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you remain responsible for all outstanding amounts and related operational, banking, and recovery costs to the extent permitted by law.

14. Delivery timelines and completion

Any delivery window is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Actual completion depends on publisher processes, editorial review, compliance checks, and external dependencies.

An order may be marked completed when agreed placement obligations are fulfilled according to purchased scope, even if later external changes occur on third-party websites.

15. Publisher-side changes after delivery

We are not responsible for publisher-side edits, removals, URL changes, nofollow changes, indexing changes, domain ownership transfers, outages, or policy shifts that occur after delivery, unless a specific written guarantee for that order explicitly states otherwise.

16. SEO and business outcome disclaimer

SEO outcomes are inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing behavior, revenue, lead volume, domain authority growth, or any specific commercial result.

You accept that search engines, competitors, algorithm updates, and market factors can affect campaign performance independently of delivered services.

17. Invite & Earn program terms

The platform may offer referral incentives, including referred-user discount logic and referral commission logic. Commission values and thresholds may be updated by published platform rules.

Withdrawal requests are subject to eligibility checks and manual review. The current minimum withdrawal threshold on the platform is EUR 100. Fraud, self-referrals, artificial activity, or abuse may result in reversal of balances and account restrictions.

18. Intellectual property and licenses

You retain ownership of your submitted materials but grant us and required subcontractors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, transmit, and process those materials solely to provide ordered services.

Backlinks.expert platform software, brand elements, UI, and internal workflows remain protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reverse engineered, resold, or reused without explicit written permission.

19. Prohibited use

You must not use the platform for malware distribution, phishing, illegal offers, counterfeit activity, sanctions evasion, hate content, violent extremism, deceptive claims, or any unlawful campaign.

Automated scraping, credential abuse, system probing, and attempts to bypass platform safeguards are prohibited.

20. Suspension, termination, and refusal of service

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and refuse new orders at our discretion where needed to manage fraud risk, legal exposure, payment risk, security events, or policy violations.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations, indemnity obligations, or liability limits that should survive by their nature.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" basis. We exclude implied warranties of fitness, uninterrupted availability, and specific performance outcomes.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of Backlinks.expert from claims, losses, penalties, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your content, instructions, legal breaches, misuse, or infringement of third-party rights.

23. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, processor failures, legal restrictions, cyber incidents, acts of government, labor disputes, or natural events.

24. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. For business customers, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts competent for Gdansk, Poland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Before court proceedings, both parties should attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct written communication.

25. Mandatory consumer rights

If you qualify as a consumer under mandatory law, statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract remain in force. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that must legally apply.

Where legally permitted, by requesting immediate service execution you acknowledge that withdrawal rights can be limited or lost once performance begins or is completed.

26. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time for legal, operational, commercial, or security reasons. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.

Continued use of the platform after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
